Payment in full shall be received by 90 Minute Courier, Inc. upon receipt of invoice. Payments received after 30 days of the due date of the
 invoice  shall be subject to 1.5% interest per month on the outstanding balance.  A check return fee of $20 shall apply to all checks returned
for non-sufficient funds and for stop payments.  All packages in excess of 50 lbs. shall be subject to 15 cents per pound fee for each pound
over the 50 lbs, maximum.  After an initial free 10 minute waiting period for pick-ups and deliveries, a waiting time fee of 45 cents per minute
shall be applied to all invoices.  Our service is 24 hours 7 days a week including holidays.  However, a $25 surcharge will be added to all
pickups and deliveries between the hours of 6:00 P.M.. and 7:30 A.M. as well as all pick-ups and deliveries made on the weekends and
holidays.  Any and all costs, including attorney's fees, shall be paid by the party found liable, should any litigation arise from the breech of
